MY Xbox 360 wireless controller keeps blinking like it wont connect and i just got a new system old controler?

try syncing the console and controller again, press the small round button on the console by the memory card slot and then press the small button at the top of the controller between the left and right buttons

if this doesn't work, get/borrow a plug and play cord, this hard syncs the controller to the console, if it stops being connected to the console when you remove the plug and play cord then there is something wrong with the wireless on the console or controller, take the controller and use it on someone elses 360 to see if it works on theirs, if it does, then you wireless receiver on the your 360 is bad, if the controller still doesn't work, then the controller is badMY Xbox 360 wireless controller keeps blinking like it wont connect and i just got a new system old controler?
replace the batteries in it. It blinks whenever the batteries are low.
