You cannot wireless connect a 360 controller to your PC.
However, like the above poster said, you can buy the USB attachment to hook it up.

you have to buy the USB dongle...
they actually sell wireless 360 controller for windows.... if you already have the controller you just need to get the usb dongle.. available for about $20 in best buy or where ever else....
Can I ask why you would want to do that? Keyboard and mouse are 100 times better than a joystick and few buttons and triggers.
