No, but Nintendo are re-releasing some Gamecube games one the Wii format so you can use the wii-remote with them like Mario Tennis and Pikmin etc.. They are Wii only games but they are the original Game Cube games re-done to use the Wii-remote. You have to look out for them at the stores in the Wii games section.

I'm guessing the gamecube wasn't made at the time of the idea of wii came about. You can use the GCN controller for the wii, but not vice-versa. I'm not positive but you may be able to use the classic controller on both consoles...? But I'm not sure.
